We accept private pay, wavier services, and Medicaid services.

Owner
Jenae Stephens founded Different Abilities Transportation and Care. She has been an intervention specialist for 6 years in a public schools and a charter school. She has a bachelor’s degree in moderate to intensive intervention specialist and a master’s in educational administration. Also, she has been a Sunday School teacher for 10 years and has been running and assisting in a children's ministry for 4 years. She has a passion for helping people with different abilities and she wants to ensure that all are provided with a safe, adaptive, loving environment where they are able to become more independent, make friends, be social and have choice. She wants all of her employees and client's to feel apart of a family and they will be treated as family members.
Director of Home Care
Tiffany attended The University of Akron and took courses in the field of nursing. She worked a Mercy Medical Center and Affinity Medical Center. She has her CNA,STNA, and HHA. Tiffany has experience in longterm care, short term, acute care, altezimers, rehabilitation and many other areas. She enjoys getting to know her clients and their families. One of her strengths is her ability to develop and maintain excellent working relations with families, staff, and patients as well as a comprehensive understanding of areas of nursing care and healthcare delivery. Tiffany is committed to the care and treatment of patients of all different ages and medical histories.
Director of Transportation
Joseph has a bachelors degree from Malone University. He has an extensive background managing large organizations, and working with different cultures of people. Joseph also has setup and managed his own organizations managing funds,employees, transportation, scheduling, advertising, and program development. He enjoys talking with others and figuring out their goal and coming up with strategies to help them achieve that goal .One of Joseph's strengths is his ability to show by actions and not words and encourage staff and clients to be the best that they can be. Joseph is very enthusiastic and has a we can do it mindset, which encourages others around him.
