Comments & Review 

The goal of Different Abilities Transportation and Care is to provide our participants with the highest level of service. We accomplish this goal by exceeding requirements and maintaining a well trained, caring, and supportive staff of program aids, administrators, and skilled professionals. We are ecstatic that our participants are healthier, happier, and experiencing quality lives while remaining in the community. Below are the methods we use in order to maintain our high level of service:​

Suggestion Box: 

A visible small box located at the entrance of our facility is a suggestion box with small pieces of paper and pens. If needed, assistance will be provided by staff to challenged or cognitively impaired participants by observation or request. This box will be checked every Monday.

Online Intake Complaint Process: 
Any person (participant, employee, relative, friend, other) may file a complaint regarding a staff person, our facility, and/or services via our suggestion box below. Complaints will be checked daily.

Satisfaction Surveys are for current clients to review services in a more detailed manner. These surveys are anonymous and they help us improve the quality of our services.
